Get a first glimpse of the reimagined Hub experience in this preview performance.
Siobhan Miller has earned numerous accolades, including four BBC Alba Scots Trad Music Awards' Scots Singer of the Year titles and a BBC Radio 2 Folk Award for Best Traditional Track. Her extensive range and depth started at a young age, performing at music festivals accompanied by her parents. She made her debut at the Auchtermuchty Festival when she was just 13, winning both the children’s and the women’s competition. All of her five solo releases – including 2022’s acclaimed Bloom – have been shortlisted for BBC Alba STMA Album of the year.
Her latest album, Bloom celebrates the much loved Scottish songs with a balance of modern inspiration. It releases a burst of energy after years of restrictions perfectly showcasing her “delicate, nourishing vocals and lyrically rich compositions” (The List).
The Hub Series is supported by Sir Ewan and Lady Brown together with Flure Grossart.
